Position: National Construction Account Executive

The National Construction Account Executive will be instrumental in enhancing the company's market footprint through the acquisition and oversight of commercial construction initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in construction, renovation, or engineering, along with exceptional negotiation capabilities and a knack for nurturing enduring client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects within the commercial construction arena.
  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at achieving sales objectives and broadening market outreach.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key national accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Design and implement sales plans that align with corporate goals, utilizing market insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, leading negotiations and finalizing contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee project delivery meets established timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, effectively addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Conduct site assessments, participate in industry events, and engage with clients across the nation.
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline developments.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding sales performance and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and account management is required.
  • Experience in construction, industrial, or engineering sectors is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma is required; some college education is advantageous.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel nationally, with over 25% of time spent on overnight trips.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base Salary Range: $75K - $90K, based on experience.
  • Uncapped commission potential, averaging $4K-$7K+ monthly.
