Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business prospects within the commercial construction arena.
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at achieving sales objectives and broadening market outreach.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key national accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Design and implement sales plans that align with corporate goals, utilizing market insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, leading negotiations and finalizing contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee project delivery meets established timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, effectively addressing any challenges that arise.
- Conduct site assessments, participate in industry events, and engage with clients across the nation.
- Maintain precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline developments.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding sales performance and market dynamics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and account management is required.
- Experience in construction, industrial, or engineering sectors is preferred.
- A High School Diploma is required; some college education is advantageous.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel nationally, with over 25% of time spent on overnight trips.
- Base Salary Range: $75K - $90K, based on experience.
- Uncapped commission potential, averaging $4K-$7K+ monthly.
