Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through outside sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our national presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including property managers, asset managers, and owner/operators.
- Market Renu's services to potential clients, highlighting our unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to understand changing client needs and preferences.
- Generate business leads and promote Renu's services to a wide range of clients.
- 3-4 years of executive sales or marketing experience required.
- High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
- Experience in the renovation and construction industry, preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel within the United States, with occasional overnight travel required.
