Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through outside sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Engage in outside business development, including marketing Renu's services to clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property managers, asset managers, and owner/operators.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement individual marketing plans to promote Renu's services and products.
  • Event Participation: Attend and participate in nationally sponsored events, including tradeshows, golf tournaments, social events, luncheons, and other marketing functions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure requests are addressed and client needs are met.
  • Documentation: Document and maintain field work and activity through Dynamics.
  • Customer Service: Act as the company's representative to ensure demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
  • Market Research: Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
  • Lead Generation: Generate business leads and promote all Renu Verticals and National presence.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-4 years of executive sales or marketing experience required.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the renovation and construction industry, preferred but not required.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
  • Travel: Ability to travel within the United States, with occasional overnight travel required.
  • Skills: Highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
