Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager Trainee:

  • Engaging with qualified prospects, assessing product and service alternatives, and effectively closing sales.
  • Maintaining high retention rates by identifying qualified candidates, fostering leadership, empowering team members, and promoting employee productivity.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough inspections, evaluations, and delivering exceptional service consistently.
  • Receiving comprehensive training and performing duties across multiple departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Delivering product presentations to prospective clients and integrating customer outreach into overall sales objectives.
  • Tracking and reporting performance progress towards goals and sales targets to management and core trainers.
  • Observing experienced Sales Account Executives to gain insights into our company values, methodologies, procedures, and standards necessary for departmental responsibilities.
  • Achieving individual sales and business development targets through ongoing coaching and training.

Qualifications for the Account Manager Trainee:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Management, Finance, or Communications.
  • Exceptional sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated history of professional advancement and surpassing established quotas.
  • Motivated to learn, dependable, and professional in demeanor.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of staff throughout the organization.
  • Adaptability to continuous changes in the sales process and recognition of the importance of time management and productivity.
  • Capability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
