Position Overview

At Elite GI, we collaborate with charitable and non-profit organizations to enhance visibility and provide essential support for their missions. By engaging community members in a personalized, face-to-face manner, our team fosters authentic connections that yield lasting and meaningful relationships for our clients.

We are currently seeking a Junior Account Executive to assist in advancing our clients' objectives and outreach efforts by nurturing our established community relationships.

As a vital member of our Account Management team, you will undergo extensive training and gain insights to become a key contributor to positive change through effective account management. We emphasize the training and professional growth of our associates, empowering them to excel in the direct marketing initiatives we provide to the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in all scheduled in-office meetings and training sessions led by our leadership team.
  • Take on a leadership role in designated events or teams, with appropriate training.
  • Manage events and cultivate relationships with retail and local managers while ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Develop skills in coaching, mentoring, and supporting fellow team members.
  • Contribute to the interviewing and onboarding process of new associates.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning and execution in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, or advertising is advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for innovation, creative thinking, and problem-solving.
