Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP Revenue Operations to join our Revenue leadership team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and efficiency across our global operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue operations, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to align cross functional teams to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Execution:

Develop and implement a comprehensive global revenue operations strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. Identify and prioritize opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Revenue Optimization:

Oversee the design and execution of revenue processes, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, and forecasting. Implement best practices and tools to optimize the entire revenue cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Cross Functional Leadership:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and coordination of revenue driving initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.

Data and Analytics:

Utilize data driven insights to monitor and improve revenue performance. Implement advanced analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.

Technology and Tools:

Evaluate and manage revenue related technologies and platforms to ensure they support the business needs and drive efficiency. Lead the implementation of new tools and technologies as needed.

Team Leadership:

Build, lead, and mentor a high performing revenue operations team. Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to team members.

Experience:

10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a [industry] B2B SaaS company. Expertise in designing and implementing efficient sales processes, including lead qualification, opportunity management, and forecasting. Strong track record in building and scaling high-performing sales enablement programs. Successful experience in building and leading high-performing revenue operations teams in a matrixed organization. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data to optimize revenue performance and identify growth opportunities.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in CRM and revenue management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
