Your Role

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to drive value across our offerings and shared services, empowering customers to manage their accounts efficiently. Initially, you will concentrate on enhancing the effectiveness of payment orchestration. In this capacity, you will collaborate with vertical operations, product, and analytics teams on projects aimed at reducing operational costs and generating additional revenue from customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze weekly trends in customer deposits by method and processor to identify potential cost increases and assist in financial forecasting.
  • Lead operational initiatives to reduce payment fees relative to deposits and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to design, implement, and evaluate tests that maximize value throughout our deposit customer flows.
  • Support business cases to guide payment processing orchestration in partnership with Finance, Analytics, and Business Development teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations or Analytics within online gaming, mobile gaming, online retail, or related sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google Sheets and Slides.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A data-driven and analytical approach with a keen interest in problem-solving and a strong motivation to find solutions.
  • Capability to develop and sustain cross-functional relationships.
  • Adaptability and the ability to respond to shifting priorities while delivering results in a dynamic environment.

As a publicly traded technology company, DraftKings is headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming entity, obtaining a gaming license from the appropriate state agency may be necessary as a condition of employment. We will assist you through this process if it pertains to your role.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 to $121,440.00, plus bonus, equity, and applicable benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
