About the Role

Bullhorn is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the alignment of monthly recurring revenue and user count with customer subscription agreements and amendments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze recurring revenue generated from subscriptions to identify errors and make corrections to MRR run-rate.
  • Support the Billing team in aligning invoicing to contracts and usage.
  • Create revenue accruals for upload to the accounting system.
  • Maintain Tableau and Power BI data models.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis on business units, products, and customers.
Requirements
  • Comfortable manipulating and analyzing large data sets.
  • Proven experience completing time-sensitive responsibilities at a high degree of accuracy.
  • Prior experience with subscription services.
  • Ability to identify problems and communicate potential solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Billing systems experience.
  • Excel skills.
  • Experience preparing month-end journal entries.
  • Data visualization software expertise.
