Position Summary

Candex is currently in search of a dedicated Revenue Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in our ongoing expansion and growth initiatives. This position is essential for tailoring Candex's systems and facilitating the onboarding of international enterprises. The successful candidate will operate from our Boston office (Hybrid) and will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing new subsidiaries globally
  • Comprehending local regulations and tax frameworks in various countries
  • Developing comprehensive accounting and taxation guidelines along with training materials for the Customer Success team to assist clients
  • Participating in client meetings to address tax and accounting inquiries
  • Collaborating with the IT team to customize the Candex web portal in accordance with local regulations
  • Setting up new bank accounts internationally and facilitating Supply Chain Financing with partner financial institutions
  • Coordinating with Sales, Account leads, and Customer Success Managers to meet client onboarding needs
  • Conducting regular audits and maintaining entity information
  • Leading a small team responsible for client onboarding and supplier management
  • Enhancing processes for greater efficiency

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Financial Operations role
  • Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple competing priorities
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-driven and proactive

Core Competencies

  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with NetSuite, SAP, Ariba, Coupa
