Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage our revenue enablement tools and processes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Develop and implement operational improvements to customer success and value delivery, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics.
- Design and manage customer success dashboards and reports in Tableau, HubSpot, and other Business Intelligence tools.
- Provide training and support to the Customer Success team, serving as the primary contact for all platform and analytics-related questions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ideate and prioritize capability-building projects, driving business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, customer success, or operations role, with a strong focus on technology and analytics.
- Admin experience with HubSpot, Tableau, or Salesforce.
- High intellectual curiosity and strong ability to learn and adapt.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and self-motivated, with a strong desire to drive results.
- Highly proficient in declarative software configuration and data analysis.
