Salesforce's Global Field Marketing (GFM) organization is a fast-evolving team at the forefront of this mission.We currently have an opening for a Marketing Strategy & Performance Senior Lead to join GFM's Strategy & Planning team.
This team drives the strategic direction and owns the planning process for the Global Field Marketing team, with deep connection to the business.
This team member will drive high visibility critical initiatives with executives, ability to take high level or ambiguous direction and translate to action, and a willingness to dig in and find answers.
This Marketing Strategy & Performance Senior Lead will be connected to the full GFM organization - using their intrapersonal skills to build relationships and navigate a highly matrixed and global organization.
This role is a crucial part of the Strategy & Planning team - bringing the marketing plans, efforts in action, and impact to executive visibility.
KeyResponsibilities:
Create clarity and understanding of performance of marketing activities and how they are impacting the targeted outcomesArticulate and document marketing strategy - full funnel, integrated marketing viewOrchestrate the design and implementation of the Global Field Marketing planning and goal setting process design, documentation and execution Analyze data driven inputs and come up with strategic insights - with data ranging from budgets, performance data, company and business results, market and competitive intelligenceUnderstand Global Field Marketing team - roles, responsibilities, and owners - make recommendations on the optimal ways to plan and complete workSet goals and ensure tracking and operational rigor is in place to measure impact Narrative writing (in the style of the Amazon 6-pager,) strategy slides and executive summaries in Slack Translation of marketing plan to non-marketing (business) audiences Project management of key portions of the planning process Coordinate across multiple marketing partners on the timely delivery of information Basic
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $136,600 to $187,900.
For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $150,300 to $206,700.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
