Role Summary
As the Content Marketing Manager at InvestNext, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to transform the real estate investment sector. This diverse position involves collaborating with marketing and sales leadership, as well as key stakeholders in Customer Success and Product, to develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing and social media strategy. Your contributions will enhance inbound marketing efforts and support sales enablement through the creation of engaging content tailored to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). We are looking for a proactive, organized, and motivated individual who can navigate the details while maintaining a broader perspective. As part of a lean team, you will have the chance to engage in various projects beyond your primary responsibilities, contributing to initiatives across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, your focus will include:

  • Content Marketing (70%):
    Develop and implement content marketing strategies with clear objectives for traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Execute initiatives to meet business goals and produce high-quality content such as blog posts, whitepapers, thought leadership articles, social media content, case studies, and industry insights through collaboration with sales, product marketing, customer success, and design teams. Create and manage an editorial calendar, delegate tasks as needed, and ensure content is produced at scale. Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation while preserving authenticity and quality. Work with leadership to generate thought leadership content and establish a brand presence around our founders. Regularly deliver engaging content, edit and proofread materials, optimize for SEO, and create value-added downloadable resources. Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to develop a webinar calendar for lead generation and maintain a robust online presence across various channels. Generate ideas to boost customer engagement and provide regular performance reports to evaluate ROI on content initiatives.
  • Social Media Management (20%):
    Oversee social media strategy and collaborate with the marketing director, sales, and product leadership to achieve brand presence objectives. Partner with leadership to create and execute a thought leadership roadmap, including content creation and supporting social media initiatives.
  • Marketing Projects (10%):
    Lead and execute additional marketing projects that align with departmental and company goals, extending beyond core responsibilities.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in B2B SMB/Mid-market SaaS content marketing, preferably within the real estate or investment sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in copywriting, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and a willingness to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • A passion for detail and a commitment to being a genuine team player.

Salary Range: We prioritize pay equity and transparency, with a salary range of $75,000 - $90,000, determined by experience and role responsibilities.
