  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting software (e.g., Excel, financial planning tools). Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
