This Sales Enablement Specialist role will be responsible for driving sales, supporting marketing initiatives, managing social media channels, coordinating events, and providing essential support to our business development efforts. Specifically, you would work closely with all members of the team supporting the following work activities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the business development team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of business development proposals, SOWs, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Responsible for in-bound lead management.
  • Support enterprise account plan motions.
  • Coordinate with Contracts/Legal on Master Service Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Accurately enter and update prospect and client information into Salesforce CRM system. Maintain organized records of all interactions and activities within Salesforce.
  • Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and sales effectiveness.
  • Marketing and Social Media:
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Manage company social media accounts, specifically LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and schedule social media posts and website blog posts, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, responding promptly and appropriately.
  • Event Planning:
  • Plan and coordinate 6-8 city summits per year, inclusive of outside conferences, webinars, trade shows, and networking events. Fortreum City Summits bring together a combination of employees, customers and prospects.
  • Handle all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, promotional materials, and attendee registration.
  • Assist in the development of event marketing materials and promotional strategies to maximize event attendance and impact.
  • This is a hybrid position, with the expectation of 2-3 days in the corporate headquarters in Lansdowne, Virginia.
  • Business travel is expected to be limited in nature.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field
  • 2+ years of professional services experience
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, social media management, event planning, or related areas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 product suite and Salesforce
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
