Position Overview
Our Sales Associates play a crucial role in fulfilling Trek's mission by delivering outstanding service to our customers and promoting cycling as a lifestyle choice.

From the moment customers arrive until they leave with their new bicycles, our Sales Associates guide them through every step to help them achieve their cycling aspirations, maintain their bicycles in optimal condition, and ensure they enjoy their riding experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance your sales and customer service abilities through training, role-playing, and hands-on experience.
  • Meet individual monthly and annual sales goals, targeting at least $400,000 per fiscal year for full-time Sales Associates.
  • Gain knowledge about bicycles, components, apparel, and technology.
  • Engage in daily team meetings and discussions.
  • Utilize our Sales Process to offer exceptional service to our customers.
  • Follow up on Quotes and Lead List communications.
  • Make informed decisions regarding customer care and satisfaction.

When not directly assisting customers, you will also:

  • Complete assigned Daily Task List items.
  • Ensure all aspects of store presentation align with visual merchandising standards, including product placement, pricing accuracy, and restocking.
  • Conduct weekly inventory counts.
  • Assemble or pre-assemble new bicycles.
  • Prepare customer bicycles for service by our Technicians.
