Position Overview

Our Sales Associates play a crucial role in fulfilling Trek's mission by delivering exceptional service to our customers and promoting cycling as a lifestyle.

From the moment customers arrive to when they leave with their new bicycles, our Sales Associates guide them through their cycling journey, ensuring they have everything they need to achieve their cycling goals and enjoy their rides.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance your sales and customer service skills through training, role-playing, and hands-on experience.
  • Meet individual monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to a minimum of $400,000 in sales per fiscal year for full-time associates.
  • Gain knowledge about bicycles, components, apparel, and technology.
  • Engage in daily team meetings and feedback sessions.
  • Utilize our Guide Sales Process to provide outstanding service to our customers.
  • Follow up on Quotes and Lead List communications.
  • Make informed decisions that prioritize customer satisfaction.

When not directly assisting customers, you will also be responsible for:

  • Completing daily operational tasks.
  • Maintaining store merchandising in line with visual standards, including product placement, pricing audits, and restocking.
  • Conducting weekly inventory counts.
  • Assembling or pre-assembling new bicycles.
  • Preparing customer bicycles for service by our technicians.
