We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our Staffing Partnerships.

Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday - **TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT 6-12 MONTHS, WITH POSSIBILITY FOR TEMP TO PERM**

Shift: Day Shift, Flexible start and end times.

This role is fully remote but requires occasional local travel for hiring events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Manager of Talent Acquisition or their designee, this role will encompass a variety of tasks essential for sourcing qualified candidates, managing relationships with external recruitment agencies, and collaborating with the Educational Partnership Manager to strengthen partnerships with educational institutions for cooperative education placements in alignment with the organization's talent acquisition strategy.
  • Establish and continuously nurture networks and a robust talent pipeline. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to engage and transition passive candidates into the recruitment workflow.
  • Work alongside the Senior Talent Advisor and Operations Specialist to facilitate the placement and onboarding of direct hire, temporary, and temp-to-perm staff presented by external recruitment agencies. Communicate requirements with agencies and serve as a liaison between hiring managers and agencies to vet and onboard candidates. Participate in intake calls with agencies to identify ideal candidates in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Assist the Educational Partnerships Manager/HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition leadership in maintaining relationships with vocational schools and other educational institutions as necessary. Act as a liaison between vocational schools, talent acquisition, and hiring managers to identify co-op opportunities within the health system and recruit and onboard students. Ensure compliance with employer documentation. Provide site tours to interested students in collaboration with schools and the Educational Partnerships Manager, and attend job fairs and other school events as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge and experience.
  • A minimum of two years of sourcing experience is required, with a preference for experience in sourcing healthcare professionals (e.g., RNs and allied health professionals).
  • Proficient search capabilities with proven sourcing/recruiting experience and skills, including research, creating Boolean search strings, networking, cold-calling, and utilizing various internet sourcing tools.
  • A high level of computer proficiency, including knowledge of software packages (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
  • Responsibilities require a thorough understanding of Southcoast Health, serving as a resource within the scope of position responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with recruitment agencies and educational institutions for recruitment/hiring and placements is preferred.
  • Must reside in Massachusetts or Rhode Island to be considered.
Compensation

USD $60.76 /Hr.
