We support our clients through Centers of Excellence located in various regions across the United States.

We are currently seeking an Acquisition Program Management Expert to assist in the Cyberspace Security and Control System (CSCS) program office, part of the C3I and Infrastructure Division. This role is crucial in delivering 24/7 network mission assurance, network management, and defensive cyberspace operations.

LOCATION: Remote work options available

JOB STATUS: Full-time; salaried

TRAVEL: Occasional travel may be required

SECURITY CLEARANCE: An active US security clearance is mandatory

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the program manager in evaluating adherence to schedule and budget constraints, providing actionable recommendations for challenges, and exploring alternative strategies.
  • Engage with a diverse array of stakeholders across multiple commands.
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing, recommending, and drafting effective acquisition strategies and related statutory and regulatory documentation.
  • Facilitate Acquisition Strategy reviews, create supporting documentation, and assist in the preparation and evaluation of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
  • Support program management reviews and senior-level meetings.
  • Prepare and present various briefings and schedules related to program status and acquisition tasks to senior leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in acquisition program management.
  • In-depth knowledge of defense acquisition policies.
  • Proven ability to identify acquisition strategy challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and communicate effectively.
  • Proactive work ethic with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality documentation and briefings.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
