We are currently seeking a Intelligence & Cyber Analyst to join our team, focusing on the EPASS initiative, specifically within the Air Force Division.

Position Details

Location: Hanscom AFB

Employment Type: Full Time

Travel Requirements: Approximately 10% travel

Essential Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor's degree accompanied by 15 years of experience in intelligence support for acquisition programs.
  • Mandatory Top Secret/SCI Clearance and U.S. Citizenship for all candidates.
  • In-depth understanding of DoD, USAF, AFLCMC, and private-sector acquisition protocols, directives, Executive Orders, regulations, and procedures pertinent to intelligence support for significant Defense acquisition initiatives, enabling the provision of guidance and expertise to program personnel.
  • Familiarity with cyber threats and the ability to track and assess such threats as they relate to mission areas.
  • Experience in supporting a variety of DoD acquisition activities throughout different phases of the Defense Acquisition cycle.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

  • Possess the knowledge and proactive mindset to serve as a senior contractor, delivering on a program of national significance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly on complex technical subjects, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address specific SAOC program intelligence needs while evaluating the implications of advanced technical threats and security support issues to mitigate program and operational risks.
  • Collaborate with the SAOC Cyber team to evaluate cyber threats to mission areas and assist in formulating solutions.
  • Engage with program offices, product centers, and the Intelligence Community (IC) to provide system engineering and technical analysis inputs supporting major acquisition decisions in alignment with current acquisition directives.
  • Deliver acquisition intelligence technical and analytical support as specified in annual Intel Support Taskings from AFLCMC/IN and external PEO clients:
    • Analyze and customize Threat Assessments relevant to mission areas.
    • Review and adapt System Threat Analysis Reports (STAR) and Validated On-Line Life-Cycle Threats (VOLTS) to mission areas.
    • Evaluate ISR dependencies and requirements supporting mission areas.
    • Conduct cross-program analyses, including external programs impacting subsystems and capabilities.
    • Support technical Adversary Cyber Threat Assessments (ACTA) relevant to mission areas.
    • Assist in technical intelligence supportability analyses for mission areas.
    • Review and tailor Information Support Plans (ISPs) from an acquisition intelligence perspective.
    • Analyze Intelligence Mission Data (IMD/LMDPs) pertinent to mission areas.
  • Prepare and present various briefings and schedules regarding program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.
  • Draft and secure approval from senior program leadership for acquisition and program documentation, including briefings, documents, and plans, while supporting the development of acquisition reports for senior leadership.
  • Assist in program management reviews and senior-level meetings, providing updates on program status and acquisition tasks.
