As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in supporting recruitment activities, programs and procedures for external and internal candidates while ensuring a world class candidate experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating candidate interviews (phone and/or virtual), communicating interview schedules and details to candidates, hiring managers, and interview team members, and helping process travel requests and expenses.
  • Correspond with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Manage and find solutions for unexpected, last minute schedule changes.
  • Provide thorough support to recruiters with end-to-end tracking and processing of candidates.
  • Assist with administrative support to the Recruitment team, when needed.
  • Manage and update recruiting documents and reports as needed.
  • Participate in other departmental responsibilities, and local and firm-wide projects, as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1 years' coordination or administrative support experience require.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task and manage work tasks in a timely manner.
  • Detail-oriented, handling confidential material with discretion, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with high energy and ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $ $38.39 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
