You bring over 5 years of expertise in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven history of attracting and retaining elite talent.

Experience in recruiting creative professionals is a significant advantage.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


Develop and oversee a comprehensive recruitment strategy from start to finish; encompassing needs assessment, ideal candidate profiling, sourcing, interviewing, and retention.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience consistently, while fulfilling roles with the right talent.

Collaborate with leadership to grasp priorities and requirements, establishing a long-term talent strategy.

Recruit and manage both internal and external recruiters as necessary.


Craft and execute an outstanding sourcing strategy to identify and attract premier candidates globally; actively sourcing passive talent through diverse methods.

Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring thorough documentation and details throughout all recruitment phases.

Lead initiatives to enhance employer branding and manage Hello Innovation's reputation as an employer.

Integrate talent acquisition into a robust onboarding program that guarantees a successful candidate experience and promotes retention.

Introduce innovative ideas and insights to elevate our talent acquisition strategy and vision for the future.
