This opportunity will allow you to join our decentralized team as aTalent Acquisition Specialist II.You'll have the opportunity to explore your strengths in both accounting campus recruiting and experienced recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Exhibits a moderate understanding of the job requirements and practical knowledge relevant to the managed requisitions.
  • Source actively for qualified candidates for current and anticipated job openings
  • Works independently with general supervision
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to establish relationships quickly and effectively with hiring managers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with partners/principals, hiring managers, candidates, community partners, and team members
  • Ability to communicate effectively and both establish and maintain progressive relationships with colleagues, leaders, and candidates.
  • Generate and share content to enhance the Wipfli brand and act as a brand advocate
  • Manage full cycle recruitment process
  • Develop recruitment strategy to target diverse talent for current openings and actions that lead to building a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Utilize assessment tools, such as Predictive Index, to better assess a candidate's fit for a particular position and/or team
  • Communicate recruitment strategy and process information that may require supporting meetings/interactions to provide additional explanation or interpretation to associates and/or team members
  • Utilize ATS for tracking and reporting on recruitment activity for the assigned business unit(s) Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems (Workday and ICIMS highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated application of sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
