We are seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to enhance our recruitment efforts at GalaxEons. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that we attract and retain top-tier talent in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Full Life-Cycle Recruiting: Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of recruiting, including sourcing, evaluating, and engaging candidates in a dynamic environment.
- Candidate Communication: Oversee all interactions with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the logistics and scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate an efficient selection process.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruiting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver exceptional staffing solutions.
- Onboarding Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure effective onboarding of new hires.
- Compensation Analysis: Conduct thorough compensation assessments and develop strategies to enhance recruitment and retention efforts.
- Targeted Recruiting Initiatives: Leverage social media and networking to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Adaptability: Effectively manage competing priorities and embrace constructive feedback while demonstrating flexibility.
- Experience: 2-5 years in IT Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven Success: Track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
- Process Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment processes, metrics, and applicant tracking systems.
- Collaborative Skills: Experience interacting with sales and delivery teams.
- Strong Personality: Ability to engage with various departments, including senior management.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.
