Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Operations Team is responsible for the daily administrative tasks that keep our recruiting functions running smoothly, as well as executing on long-term strategies that drive efficiency.

Interns at the Rock Family of Companies gain priceless hands-on experience. Here, they learn how it feels to be in the workplace, participate in events and become a valuable member of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles and trainings
  • Manage and maintain documentation, resources, inboxes, queues, etc., for the team, if applicable
  • Pull and organize data to highlight changes or decisions needed to keep the team on track with goals and objectives
  • Help manage the administration of small projects or programs that help drive team goals and initiatives forward
  • May compose routine correspondence, such as for birthdays, anniversaries or team announcements
  • Schedule and coordinate team events, meetings, celebrations, lunches, projects, etc., if needed
  • Record notes as needed during team meetings
