Job Overview

Sustainable Talent is collaborating with Ford to identify a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be instrumental in crafting and executing recruitment strategies that resonate with Ford's objectives and values. This role will particularly emphasize sourcing talent for dealer engagement and Ford Pro fleet sales and management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment best practices and candidate engagement across various sectors, including Product Development Operations, Manufacturing, and Mechanical Engineering, particularly within the Automotive or Aerospace industries. Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR representatives to assess talent requirements for Product Development Operations, new vehicle launches, and other critical business sectors.
  • Design and implement recruiting strategies aimed at attracting premier talent across engineering, software development, and other pertinent areas.
  • Identify and connect with diverse talent pools, including individuals with expertise in automotive sales, fleet management, dealership operations, and customer service.
  • Employ innovative sourcing methods, such as social media outreach, networking events, and collaborations with industry organizations, to draw in and recruit talent.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings and evaluations of potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and alignment with Ford's core values and business goals.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to support initiatives like enterprise technology, service design projects, and dealership development by recruiting individuals with relevant skills and expertise.
  • Ensure that talent acquisition strategies are in sync with Ford's business objectives, including sustainability, innovation, and customer-centric initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, sales, marketing, dealership operations, and fleet management to enhance recruitment strategies.
