Key Responsibilities- Define Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the Unified Messaging and Segmentation platform, aligning with EA's overall business objectives.
- Lead Product Discovery and Roadmapping: Conduct product discovery and define multi-year roadmaps to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
- Manage Feature Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver features and enhancements that meet product requirements and customer needs.
- Analyze Product Metrics: Define and analyze product metrics to inform data-driven decisions and improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Promote Product Adoption: Collaborate with customers to promote product adoption and drive business growth.
- Present to Leadership: Present product vision and strategy to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience as a platform product manager or related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Skills: Experience with customer lifecycle management, CRM, and live services, as well as experimentation workflows and methodologies.
