They are on a mission to revolutionize prenatal testing with their innovative product, UNITYTM, the first non-invasive prenatal test capable of screening an unborn baby for various gene disorders, chromosomal abnormalities, fetal sex, and antigens using just a single tube of the mother's blood, without needing paternal testing.

In 2023, BillionToOne introduced two liquid biopsy products designed to significantly enhance oncology care. With Northstar SelectTM, medical professionals can personalize cancer treatments based on individual genetic profiles, while Northstar ResponseTM allows for the early monitoring of a patient's response to cancer therapies, leading to more effective treatments, reduced costs, and improved outcomes.

To drive their mission forward, BillionToOne is looking for a skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager, Prenatal to oversee the marketing efforts for their prenatal product portfolio, UNITY Complete. This individual will be responsible for understanding target audiences, crafting compelling value propositions, messaging strategies, and executing plans to maximize the products' potential.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote and ensure the adoption of UNITY Complete among patients and providers, particularly OBGYNs. This role, based in Menlo Park, involves working 3 days a week in-office and reports to the Director of Product, Prenatal.

Responsibilities:

  • Product positioning, messaging, and execution: Collaborate across teams to develop engaging product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
  • Ideate programs and campaigns: Lead campaigns aimed at engaging and resonating with the audiences.
  • Cut through the noise: Simplify complex clinical product benefits for effective communication of their value.
  • Collaboration with External Key Stakeholders: Engage with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to drive product adoption and loyalty.
  • Collaboration with Internal Key Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution of the product's value.
  • Cognitive Diversity: Collaborate across various functions to achieve the best outcomes for patients and providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of healthcare marketing experience, preferably in molecular diagnostics.
  • Preferred: MBA in Marketing.
  • Experience in developing product value propositions and differentiated messaging.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Ability to interpret data effectively and collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
