Role Overview: Valid8 Financial is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to become a vital part of our product marketing team as we expand our operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete lifecycle of our new talent management product suite and engage in special initiatives such as pricing strategies, analyst relations, customer marketing, or brand campaigns within their initial year.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy - You will be responsible for the comprehensive GTM strategy for new product launches and features, including positioning, messaging, asset development, launch management, and internal training. Collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams will be essential to create and validate the positioning and messaging for your product portfolio.
Customer Insights - You will serve as the authority on understanding and connecting with our core customers. Regular engagement with users, conducting research and testing, and relaying insights back to the product and marketing teams will be key aspects of your role.
Market Analysis - You will act as the competitive intelligence resource for your products and target audiences, disseminating insights throughout the organization.
Cross-Functional Leadership - You will bridge the gap between product, marketing, and sales. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills will be crucial to ensure all teams are informed about product launches and their implications.
Sales Support - As the advocate for Valid8 Financial's products, you will influence how sales and customer success teams communicate about them. Your research and communication skills will be utilized to develop training sessions and materials that effectively convey the value of our offerings.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in product marketing or 8+ years in roles demonstrating relevant skills.
Proven experience collaborating closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to understand customer needs, develop messaging, create content, and execute go-to-market strategies.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and the ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues across various departments.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of aligning marketing strategies with organizational objectives, complemented by creative thinking and copywriting skills.
Direct experience in SaaS for human resources is advantageous but not mandatory. Experience in B2B environments with business buyers, particularly in marketing, HR, customer success, or product, is preferred.

Interview Process:

- Group interview with future team members from Marketing and Product
- Final discussions with senior leadership
