Position Overview:

BillionToOne is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to spearhead our marketing strategies aimed at accelerating the adoption of our innovative genetic testing solutions. As a key player in our rapidly expanding organization, you will be instrumental in shaping our growth trajectory.

BillionToOne, a leader in molecular diagnostics, has developed groundbreaking technology that enhances the resolution of cell-free DNA diagnostics significantly. Our flagship product, UNITY, is a pioneering prenatal screening tool that assesses the risk of various inherited disorders from a simple blood sample.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Establish and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and optimize marketing efforts through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and brand marketing, to launch and enhance customer acquisition channels.
  • Implement advanced marketing analytics tools to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team to support the company’s ambitious growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably within a dynamic startup environment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of customer acquisition and retention methodologies.
  • A problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an engaging manner.
  • Leadership experience, particularly in building and mentoring a marketing team, is highly desirable.
