Senior Product Marketing Manager, Talent Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Valid8 Financial, Inc. as we continue to grow and expand our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our new talent management product suite, including positioning, messaging, and asset creation.
- Customer Research: Conduct regular research and testing with customers to gain a deep understanding of their needs and preferences, and feed insights back to the product and marketing teams.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, and share insights with the company to inform product and marketing decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication around product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver training sessions and internal and external assets to support sales and customer success teams in effectively communicating the value of our product.
- 6+ years of product marketing experience or 8+ years of work experience demonstrating relevant skills and expertise.
- Experience collaborating closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop messaging, create content, and deliver on go-to-market plans.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
- Direct experience in SaaS for human resources teams is a plus, but not required.
- A competitive salary range of $95-135,000 USD, based on experience, skills, and location.
