Role Overview: Valid8 Financial is in search of a Senior Product Marketing Manager to bolster our product marketing team as we expand our operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete lifecycle of our innovative talent management product suite and assist with various initiatives such as pricing strategies, analyst relations, customer marketing, and brand campaigns during their initial tenure.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy - You will be responsible for the comprehensive GTM strategy for our new product and features, encompassing positioning, messaging, asset development, launch management, and internal training. Collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams will be essential to refine and validate the positioning and messaging for your product lines.
Customer Insights - You will become the authority on understanding our core customer base. Regular engagement with users, conducting research and testing, and relaying insights back to the product and marketing teams will be crucial.
Competitive Analysis - You will serve as the market expert for your products and target audiences, disseminating valuable insights throughout the organization.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration - You will bridge the gap between product, marketing, and sales. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills will be necessary to ensure all parties are informed about product launches and their implications.
Sales Support - As the advocate for Valid8 Financial's offerings, you will influence how sales and customer success articulate the product's value. Your research and communication skills will be vital in creating training materials and resources that effectively convey our product's benefits.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in product marketing or 8+ years in roles demonstrating relevant skills.
Proven track record of collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams to gain deep customer insights, develop messaging, create content, and execute go-to-market strategies.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and the ability to influence and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a history of aligning marketing strategies with organizational objectives, complemented by creative thinking and copywriting skills.
Direct experience in SaaS for HR teams is advantageous, though not mandatory. Experience in B2B environments with business-focused buyers (such as marketing, HR, customer success, or product) is preferred.

Interview Process:

- Submission of work samples: two examples of previous product marketing work (one internal and one market-facing)

- Group interview with potential team members from Marketing and Product
- Final discussions with senior leadership
