What We Offer
$2,000 sign on bonus after 9 months of employment
Base Salary:
$68,000 (potential to earn $75,000 w/commission)
Full Time: 5-day work week - 8:30 am to 5 pm (40 hours including 2 Saturdays per month)
90 day paid training

Responsibilities
This role will report to the General Manager
Expected to complete aspects of sales role:
assist retail and commercial clients to help make flooring & tile selections
create a positive customer experience
keep up to date on the wide selection of products & services
providing sample suggestions
Ensure client relationships are built and follow up is completed on all jobs
Help in training new sales associates
Overseeing sales, promotions, and campaigns
Handling and resolving customer complaints
Keep up to date on new flooring trends
Communicate with vendors/distributors to identify new products that fit showroom's needs
Help to maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays, and common areas neat, current, and clean
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years' proven work experience in Retail Management, Sales Manager, Interior Design, or similar role
Associate or bachelor's degree in interior design, communications, business management, or a similar field a plus
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Proper phone etiquette
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Strong personal and professional judgment
Ability to adapt and respond quickly to customers' needs and wants
Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Able to guide and mentor sales associates
Advanced time management skills
A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
Knowledge of the flooring and design industry a plus (Willing to train)
