**Job Summary**

The Counter Sales Associate plays a critical role in assisting the Branch Manager with daily store operations, including counter sales, customer service, cash control, and inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Process sales orders and build custom hose assemblies, meeting customer needs and expectations.
  • Address customer feedback and promote the organization locally, fostering strong relationships with our customers and community.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals, working together to drive success.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the Branch Manager and team in achieving our goals.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 1-3 years of counter sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • 2-year degree in Business, Engineering Technology, or Marketing, or 2+ years of successful retail or customer service experience.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, if required to drive a company vehicle.
