Position Overview:

The Sales Counter Representative will support the Branch Manager in the daily operations of the retail outlet, focusing on counter sales, customer engagement, cash management, and inventory oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Process customer sales orders efficiently
  • Assemble custom hose products
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Promote the organization within the local community
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with key account managers and outside sales representatives to achieve customer service objectives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
    • Showcase merchandise effectively
    • Rotate stock as needed
    • Restock items promptly
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service orientation

Educational Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Business, Engineering Technology, or Marketing, or 2+ years of successful experience in retail or customer service.
