Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive unit sales targets on a daily, monthly, and annual basis by collaborating effectively with the sales team and utilizing our customer database.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members, recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance through various incentive programs.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with overall dealership goals.
  • Guide and mentor the salesforce to adhere to the sales process, ensuring complete customer satisfaction throughout their experience.
  • Manage documentation and paperwork necessary for completing retail transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing automotive sales.
  • Educate the sales staff on the importance of customer service and the necessity of follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate closely with finance managers on each sale to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Work alongside leadership to define and achieve sales department goals and objectives.
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior experience as a Sales Manager in an automotive dealership is required.
  • All candidates must successfully complete pre-employment assessments, including background checks and drug screenings.
