Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations to drive sales
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and digital payments
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to drive sales and meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
