It begins with a Card Member using an American Express Card at one of our millions of Merchants around the world – the rest is up to us. The Network Acquirer Solutions team (NAS) is the heart of the American Express Enterprise, powering billions of transactions through the global payments processing network that we develop and manage.

NAS is unique within the Enterprise. We work across almost every American Express business unit as well as external partners, providers, and key industry stakeholders. We are known to be intellectually curious problem solvers as we tackle the most imperative initiatives facing the payments industry today.

The Network Delivery team within NAS delivers new technical solutions to meet the evolving demands of global payment networks and adapt to local needs while ensuring continued global interoperability. This enables the Enterprise to attract new customers, operate in new markets, react to changing regulatory demands, and process new types of payments. A role in the Network Delivery team will challenge you to broaden your skillset and industry acumen in a collaborative, diverse and inclusive team environment.

We are looking for a talented Digital Product Manager to join our team.

This role will be responsible for delivering an enhanced Digital Servicing experience for our internal and external customers, which may include SOR of Network Participant Set Up leveraged for Onboarding and Transaction processing, developing User Interfaces supporting Network Servicing teams, Network Dispute Management applications/services, and managing data distribution across Network Applications."

Key Job Responsibilities:

Supporting the development and execution of the Network Acquirer Solutions product vision, strategy, and roadmapSupporting planning and scheduling of delivery of Strategic Technology PrioritiesOwning key stakeholder communications on progress of committed initiatives. Owning product discovery by forming hypotheses, defining objectives and key results, and recommending options that best balance cost-benefit to achieve defined outcomes.Defining MVPs to meet strategic business outcomes while balancing innovation and efficiency.Prioritizing and coordinating initiatives to reduce friction in partnership with Technology and Subject Matter Experts via annual, PI, and sprint planning.Collaborating with the Director, and partner product teams to identify discovery outcomes and development feature backlog.Delivering your goals and outcomes throughout the product lifecycle, partnering with Release Train Engineer to manage cross-team dependencies. Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to execute against a product vision, strategy, and prioritized backlogProduct Management experience in an Agile environment.Experience in the delivery of high performance and high availability customer facing and/or interactive capabilities with UI/UX preferredAptitude for user experience and technology with the ability to operate fluently across data/analytics, design and engineering. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to simplify complex ideas, navigate cross-functional teams and build relationships, influence decisions, and deliver on shared objectives.Relationship management skills with ability strengthen business partnerships across business units and key functional support areas.Ability to coach and motivate team members and foster a diverse and inclusive team culture, encouraging input and from all team members.Demonstrated ability to analyze data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive incremental improvement.Ability to self-start, carve opportunities out of ambiguity, and operate with a high degree of independence.Experience running cross-team Discovery for new products and product enhancements is a plus.Experience working in a dynamic environment.A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumenAbility to delegate effectively and empower and support decision-making.Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant years of professional experience. Compliance Language Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
