The Network & Acquirer Capability Delivery team within NAS works to deliver products to meet the evolving demands of global payment networks. A role in the Capability Delivery team will challenge you to broaden your skillset and industry acumen in a collaborative, diverse and inclusive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a software Product Owner leading the delivery of critical capabilitiesWork with other product owners, deployment teams and technologies to ensure product vision is metAct as the subject matter specialist for American Express Salesforce deliveryPartner with Technologies and Product Development to understand the roadmap and prioritize into a backlog with clearly defined features and user storiesUtilize agile tools and techniques to drive successful delivery: writing user stories, attending ceremonies, leading PI planning, etc.Provide consultancy to business partners to ensure that processes, capabilities and platforms are utilized appropriatelyLead and support agile working practices to deliver maximum value to partnersRequirements2 years' experience in a product owner or similar role with familiarity with Rally or similar tools preferredExperience applying Scrum, SAFE or similar with a development teamThrive in taking an analytical approach with ability to drive output, develop insights and provide recommendations for prioritization decisionsExcellent verbal and written communications skills required, to craft and deliver effective presentations to senior leadersSelf-starter able to work independently, with outstanding problem solving and organizational skillsProven track record to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands and ambiguityAbility to employ critical thinking and develop capabilities that can be re-used in other settingsExperience driving results and collaborating in a cross-functional and global environmentFlexibility in supporting various time zones, as role supports global initiativesFamiliarity/experience in payment networks and/or payment products desirable Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
