Chenega Systems (CS) specializes in delivering cybersecurity and data visualization solutions to federal agencies. Our Subject Matter Experts possess extensive experience in the federal marketplace and data visualization environment.


The Intermediate CUI Analyst at MIOS ensures compliance with CUI mandates, standardizing the organization's handling and implementation of designations, safeguarding, dissemination, marking, decontrolling, and disposing of CUI.

This role also includes self-inspection, oversight requirements, and other CUI program components.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep updated on relevant federal privacy laws and accreditation standards.
  • Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring activities in coordination with Security Policy and Compliance offices.
  • Prepare and maintain a compliance crosswalk on SBA's privacy documentation in comparison to federal laws, executive orders, standards, OMB memoranda, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in creating various compliance documents such as policies, standard operating procedures, reports, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Records Management, Information Management, Data Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in records management.
  • ICRM CRM certification or 3+ years of records management experience with an ability to obtain ICRM CRM within 12 months of contract award.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience in data labeling, marking, and handling controlled unclassified information.
  • Proficiency in various doctrines including the Privacy Act of 1974, NIST revision 5, E-Government Act 2002, and more.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Experience in applying Privacy risk management framework techniques to enhance the Privacy Program.
