Role Summary: The primary responsibility of the Analyst is to comprehend client requirements, assist in the development of solutions, and oversee their execution. Additionally, the Analyst may be engaged for ongoing support of client needs during the operational phase of the product or service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to document business requirements and suggest process enhancements, including the creation of process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of financial principles and demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including balance sheets, income statements, and performance ratios.
  • Support the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective measures to enhance KPI outcomes.
  • Assist in managing and tracking SharePoint lists and libraries, along with content for public-facing websites.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as recording meetings, taking notes, scheduling appointments, securing meeting spaces, and managing shared document repositories.
  • Create and maintain high-quality content, including client briefings, impactful presentations, project plans, and related documentation.
  • Engage closely with clients in the daily operations of their programs.
  • Support management in achieving deliverables and provide timely assistance as directed.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship - mandatory
  • Active public trust clearance - preferred
  • Bachelor's degree - mandatory
  • Intermediate experience with Excel and other spreadsheet applications - mandatory
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 - mandatory
  • Intermediate skills in Data Analysis and a working knowledge of accounting principles - mandatory
  • 1-2 years of experience in government contracting - mandatory
  • Understanding of the commercial motor carrier sector - preferred
