Position Overview:

As a Mid-Level Scheduler and Risk Management Analyst, you will guide client teams in the creation of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) while overseeing progress towards critical milestones and key deliverables. Your role will involve managing and supporting various project and program timelines to ensure effective communication across all organizational levels, from project teams to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct schedule and cost risk assessments to establish a probabilistic outlook on project timelines and expenditures.
  • Evaluate client-provided schedules for accuracy, quality, performance, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with clients and vendors to address scheduling challenges pertinent to the assigned program.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on schedule status and overall health to diverse management levels.
  • Implement earned value management techniques, schedule resource allocation, and risk analysis while establishing robust project management processes.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members as necessary, working within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in developing, managing, and integrating extensive project schedules.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding teams through schedule assessments and communicating key findings to clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in Risk Management, including identification, quantification, analysis, and monitoring.
  • Ability to create resource-loaded schedules or implement earned value management.
  • Capability to manage multiple client engagements and team collaborations.
  • Flexibility and innovation in fast-paced and ambiguous situations.
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with PowerBI, Tableau, and Oracle Primavera.
  • Experience supporting federal government programs and contracts.
  • Background in conducting schedule risk assessments and enterprise risk evaluations.
  • Knowledge of government consulting and training in scheduling best practices.
  • Experience with data science tools such as R or Python.
  • Strong analytical, data gathering, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master's degree in Project Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Quantitative Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance and PMP Certification.

Clearance Requirement:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
