RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities and drive deals from inception to closure
  • Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline while providing weekly sales forecasts
  • Formulate comprehensive capture strategies
  • Cultivate key internal and external partnerships and identify necessary support
  • Oversee solution implementation to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Engage in high-level discussions with senior executives in prospective accounts
  • Nurture relationships with key decision-makers and develop customer profiles
  • Lead competitive assessments, evaluating Echodyne solutions against industry competitors
  • Establish mutually-beneficial relationships with defense-focused Integrators and Resellers
  • Achieve or surpass revenue targets and KPIs consistently
  • Conduct product demonstrations and represent Echodyne at events and test sites
  • Manage post-sale customer relationships to drive business expansion and renewals
  • Provide insights on closed deals and win-loss outcomes to enhance team performance
  • Undertake other relevant tasks crucial for business success
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
  • Demonstrated success in Federal Government sales
  • Experience in selling through value-added partners and integrators
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and capturing new business
  • Detail-oriented, organized, with strong follow-up capabilities
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
  • Proficient in forecasting, qualification, and leading executive-level meetings
  • Experience in selling into expansive, cross-functional programs
  • Ideally possess a Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
(Additional Skills to Complement Core Competencies)
  • Background in selling physical security solutions and hardware
  • Experience selling to Federal Civilian agencies
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes, regulations, and contracting mechanisms
  • Preferred educational background: Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle, complex field sales experience
  • 3 years of sales background targeting the Federal Government
Echodyne's technology falls under U.S. Government export control directives. Applicants will be assessed for eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain necessary Government approvals. As part of the application process, candidates will need to confirm their U.S. Citizenship status or appropriate residency documentation.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The remuneration for this role includes a base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 per year with a commission structure on a 50/50 split (base/variable). Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package comprises:

LOCATION: Remote
TRAVEL: As required, both air and ground; 40-50% travel expected
