Responsibilities

  • Manage Specialty Stores and Major Accounts.
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales growth.
  • Prepare for NYC market four times a year, including market preparation, merchandising the showroom, and scheduling appointments.
  • Schedule and manage Specialty account meetings and appointments.
  • Collaborate with buyers to ensure optimal product selection based on sales history and designer expectations.
  • Communicate weekly sales reports to designers and management.
  • Support retail stores with any necessary accommodations.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 5-7 years of fashion experience and 2-3 current years of experience with Fashion Luxury and/or Contemporary brands.
  • Proven relationships with Bloomingdale's, Saks, and Nordstrom.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of retail math, including markup, sell-through percentage, open-to-buy, and gross margin.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of product trends, sales history, and competitive brand intelligence.
