Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Miami. The successful candidate will engage with the Kitchen & Bath, Residential Designer, and Stone Fabricator Network, demonstrating a results-oriented approach to customer engagement. Your role will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage Existing Accounts: Foster relationships with current clients and provide necessary support.
  • Secure Orders: Efficiently process customer orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop New Accounts: Identify and target potential clients to expand our market presence.
  • Organize Daily Activities: Prioritize and plan visits to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Customize Presentations: Tailor sales presentations to meet the specific needs of various sales outlets.
  • Analyze Sales Efforts: Evaluate existing and potential sales volumes to optimize resource allocation.
  • Process Orders: Utilize product literature and pricing information to ensure accurate order processing.
  • Report to Management: Provide regular updates on sales activities and market analysis.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Gather competitive intelligence regarding pricing, products, and delivery methods.
  • Recommend Improvements: Assess competitive developments and suggest enhancements in products and services.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate and address customer complaints, providing solutions and recommendations.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends through workshops and professional development.
  • Maintain Records: Track sales performance and identify trends through historical data.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with colleagues to achieve collective sales objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales account management.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting from $70,000 per year
