With a solid foundation of 30 years in the industry and a growing team of 40 professionals, our client specializes in project management, relocation management, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with Commercial Real Estate Brokers, General Contractors, Architects & Designers, Landlords, Project Managers, and new end users.
- Engage in prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and client meals/drinks.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of clients, prospects, partners, and manufacturers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and enhance brand recognition.
- Proven track record and success in commercial office furniture sales.
