Job Overview

Impact You Will Have:

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Your primary goal will be to assist both emerging and established ecommerce companies in recognizing the advantages of personalization, enhancing customer experiences that lead to increased clientele, higher revenue, and enhanced brand loyalty. This role carries sales quotas, and your achievements will be measured by your ability to meet and surpass annual sales objectives. You will report directly to the Vice President of Mid-Market Sales and collaborate closely with fellow Sales Account Managers, the Client Development team, product specialists, and external clients. This position is hybrid.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Epsilon in achieving our strategic objective of expanding our Mid-Market footprint.
  • Meet quarterly revenue targets by securing new contracts within the Mid-Market sector.
  • Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline, including self-generated leads.
  • Identify and address personalization requirements specific to each ecommerce opportunity.
  • Drive and manage opportunities through all phases of the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Ensure a smooth sales process by educating and engaging prospects, building their trust.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients and partners.

Who You Are:

  • Your Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of experience in solution-oriented sales with a proven record of surpassing sales goals.
    • Familiarity with marketing technology and personalization solutions.
    • Experience in selling Software as a Service with long-term contracts.
    • Background in selling to mid-market clients.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • What Sets You Apart:
    • A broad network of industry contacts.
    • Proficiency in sales tools such as Outreach, Cognism, and LinkedIn Navigator.
    • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and navigate complex sales processes.

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 annual salary plus commission.
