We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Sales Territory Manager for Residential areas, focusing on selling windows and doors in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

About The Role

  • Directly sell wood/clad window and door products
  • Provide timely quotes
  • Establish and nurture business relationships
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base
  • Identify potential customers and stay informed about construction activities in the area
  • Effectively engage in cold calling
  • Assist customers in identifying their needs and surpassing their expectations

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience is preferred, especially in construction and window sales
  • Familiarity with residential construction practices is a plus
  • Knowledge of window and door products would be beneficial
  • Understanding of the construction industry is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Proficiency in computers and mathematics is required
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated individuals are encouraged to apply
