HTeaO is a unique franchise specializing in iced tea, founded by Gary & Kim Hutchens in 2009. Starting as a humble venture, it grew from selling flavored iced teas at their burger restaurant, Buns Over Texas, to launching the first dedicated tea store in 2018.


Today, HTeaO is the premier iced tea franchise in a growing category within the beverage industry. HTeaO serves ultra-premium tea, water and coffee-related products to customers in-store and through a drive-thru. Twenty-six (26) handcrafted flavors of sweetened and unsweetened tea are sold at each location, created with a proprietary water filtration system, and 100% all natural ingredients.


Additionally, the brand continues to expand nationwide with over 100 open stores in 6 states. Additionally, HTeaO boasts a large pipeline of sites under construction and franchises sold. Anticipated record franchise agreements are on the horizon for 2024, indicating ongoing success and market dominance.

Responsibilities


  • Provide guidance to procurement professionals in support of procurement actions by referencing data & TBC policies and procedures
  • Support efforts to prepare the Procurement operating teams for internal and external audits
  • Support development of pricing models and strategies that align with business objectives and maximize profitability
  • should possess strong data and analytics experience, as well as a deep understanding of pricing and purchasing dynamics
  • Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
  • will be responsible for managing all vendor communications and handling procurement processes
  • Estimate and analyze records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred
  • Manage company deliverables to key vendors, enhancing the relationship between customers and HTeaO
  • Maintains customer relationships; provides 'single point of contact' customer service


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in procurement with a strong preference in the retail/restaurant industry
  • Experienced in process improvements and implementing best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software (Fishbowl, Made4Net, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Resourceful and can wear multiple hats
  • Excellent work ethic


Work Environment

  • This is a full-time position based in Fort Worth, Texas.
