Job Overview

The Call Center Operations Leader is tasked with overseeing strategic initiatives and managing call center functions within the Procurement Division. This includes responsibilities such as personnel recruitment, product quality assurance, workflow management, and ensuring staff accountability regarding performance metrics and turnaround time expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive operational excellence through standardization, scalability, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Implement new protocols and procedures as they evolve.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and direct reports by leading through example.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage human resources functions effectively.
  • Establish clear communication pathways among cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols during work hours, in line with the Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
  • Conduct regular reviews of reports, invoices, logs, and expenses.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Promote and nurture the company culture of CorVel & CERIS among all employees.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in computer and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to utilize company software and learn new systems as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate's degree, national certification, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a professional office setting.
  • 1-3 years of management or supervisory experience.
