  • Collaborate with HR to create job descriptions, recruit skilled personnel, and oversee employee training initiatives.
  • Work with departmental heads to formulate financial plans and ensure compliance across the organization.
  • Monitor revenue margins and conduct budget reviews to maximize profitability.
  • Manage procurement and resource distribution effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong business acumen, including experience with breakeven analysis, P&L reviews, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proven track record of delivering operational results and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ability to create a supportive and accountable workplace culture.
  • Prior leadership and management experience is essential.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • History of successfully developing and mentoring team members.
  • Transferable management skills are a plus.
